Free Care Clinic

Keelan Dental is out to change lives by offering free smiles to anyone who needs dental work! Dr. Keelan, along with his team, sponsors, and volunteers have helped people in need of dental work – treating patients in need of fillings, extractions, and cleanings. Since 2014, Keelan Dental has seen over 675 patients and provided approximately $180,000 in FREE treatment at this annual event! We would like to thank all of our volunteers that help to make this event possible.

Although the event has not been able to take place since 2020 due to Covid-19, we hope to relaunch our Free Care Clinic in 2024!

“Now more than ever, I know there are people who are in need of dental services and have no means to afford them – whether they are out of a job, or just don’t have dental insurance. This Free Care Clinic event is my way of giving back to my community.” Dr. Paul Keelan

  • What is Free Care Clinic?

Dr. Keelan, along with his team, sponsors, and volunteers have helped people in need of dental work. Each year we find more rewarding than the last. We love giving back to our community by doing what we do best … providing the best dentistry in Butler!

  • When is the event?

We are hoping to resume our Free Care Clinic in 2024!

  • What are the hours?

We see patients from 8:00 AM until 3:00 PM.

  • Do I call to schedule an appointment?

No, this event is first come, first served. We guarantee the first 100 people will be seen.

  • Who can be seen? Is there an income restriction?

Everyone over 18 is welcome. There are no income restrictions.

  • Is the building handicapped accessible?
Will you see patients in wheel chairs?

Yes! Keelan Dental is handicap accessible, and we will see patients in wheelchairs.

  • When should I arrive?

The line typically starts to form between 5:30 and 6:00 AM. Be sure to dress appropriately for the weather and bring a chair.

  • What if I’m not sure if a tooth can be filled or will need to be extracted?

We are in the business of saving teeth so we would suggest you plan for a filling. If we find the tooth cannot be saved, we will remove the tooth.

  • Can I have more than 1 service?

We want to see as many people as possible, so we do limit everyone to one service. You have your choice of a dental cleaning, filling, or extraction.
