Your dentist can have a custom-fit tray made that will help align your teeth as you sleep, preventing bruxism (nighttime teeth grinding) and keeping your jaw comfortable throughout the night.
Some patients may also benefit from Invisalign treatment, which uses a series of clear aligner trays to gradually move teeth into better alignment. Over time, this can be the best form of treating TMJ pain, because it helps the jaw align more comfortably.
